Unique address in a outlook folder

I would like to extract all the unique email address from an outlook
mail folder and create a text file or an excel file. Does anyone know
of a way to do this? Are there any programs available that will rip
through an outlook folder and dump the email address in a file?

For e.g.

A outlook folder has incoming email in the following order from

xyz
abc
def
xyz
lmn

The result shold be

xyz
abc
def
lmn
