uninterruptible power supply service

How can I install the UPS Service from the command line?
I've got the UPS.exe file in the windows/system32 folder
but can't seem to get the service to register.

Thanks.
 
Found my problem thanks to the SP2 Tech Preview
documentation. The apcups.dll must also be copied into the
windows/system32 folder.
