uninstalling Windows XP

Does anyone know how to uninstall windows XP.....it seems
thaat once it's on the hard drive....there's no way to get
rid of it...I would appreciate any help I can get on
this .....
 
Formatting the hard drive is usually the way to delete it. If you upgraded
to XP and chose to archive the old Win9x/ME files there will be an option in
the Control Panel to return to the previous operating system.
