Uninstalling Windows Updates,or reinstall to fix probs-since I updated

I recently went to Windows update and was given a list to
choose from. I choose some of the updates and installed
them. There was a problem during the install. My PC wigged
out. I believe it restarted before the updates were
totally complete. It seemed to go back and finish the
install after it rebooted though. Ever since my PC's been
screwing up while I'm using programs.(depending on what
I'm using,diferent problems w/ dif prog.).
I was wondering if it wa possible to REINSTALL the
updates? I've tried to see if I could, but haven't had any
luck. I only see what I have installed, not how to
REINSTALL the stuff. I thought if I reinstalled then it
would maybe fix my current glithches I've had.
PS- tried "system restore", but it won't let me go back on
the calender. It only will go back to the begining of July-
I installed it on July 1st! I created restore points in
June and April too!)!!

If you see what you have installed, you might uninstall it via the
'Add or Remove Programs' section and then again download them from
Windows Update.
