AFTER ENCOUNTERING A PROBLEM I WAS ADVICED BY THE MANUFACTURER TO FORMAT MY
HARD DISK.I REMOVED THE WIN XP BACK UP FILES FRIST AND NOW IT HAS BECOME
IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO UNINSTALL THE WIN XP ITSELF. THIS HAS BLOCK ANY ATTEMPT
TO DIRECTLY FORMAT THE HARD DISK. CAN I RECEIVE HELP AS TO HOW TO UNISTALL
THE WINDOWS XP TO ENABLE ME FORMAT THE HARD DISK?

You seem to be doing it the hard way.
Simply insert the Windows XP CD and follow the prompts for a Clean
Installation:

If you have an OEM computer with OEM Windows, you may need to follow a
different procedure.
Check your manual for "Recovery", "Reinstall" or something similar.
