I have Installed MS Office 2000 and would like to uninstall Outlook
from this .

I have inserted Disk 1 and selected the Maintainance Mode page which
offers three choices :- Repair, Add or Remove Features and Remove
Office.

If I select "Add or Remove Features " I get a page entitled " Update
Features" which lists all the Office Apps preceded by plus signs
opposite each App.

What operation must I now perform so that Outlook is uninstalled ?

You will see a little gray disk drive next to any installed feature. Click
that and you'll have several choices, one of which will be "Not Available".
Select that choice for Outlook and then click Update.
