Uninstalling Movie Maker in WinXP Home

I want to be able to uninstall Windows Movie Maker from
Windows XP entirely and keep Windows XP Home from
restoring those files automatically. How do I do that?
 
That does not answer my question fully...how do I keep
Windows XP Home from restoring Movie Maker files
automatically?
