uninstalling&deleting

I deleted ZoneAlarm Pro from my uninstall list but it
still keeps popping up.I can't play any DVDs because I
get an error message and then a notice from Zone Labs
 
Looks like Zone Alarm service is still running and the uninstallation is not
successful. Type Services.msc in Start/Run dialog and disable the 'True
Vector' service. For complete uninstallation procedure, you may try your
