Deleting Remainders After Uninstalling Program

I had/have Southwest Airline's DING! program. Tried to uninstall it, and it
has disappeared from the Control Panel listing. However, there is still a
Southwest directory containing ding.exe. It seems to be "vesitigial,"
because when I click on it, I see only a small icon (with an X through it) in
my system tray, and when I place the cursor over it, it says "Communication
error" or something like that. Is it safe to just manually delete the entire
Southwest directory now? Should I do something else?

Contact the people who provided you with the software ( possibly
Southwest Airlines.)

Many times the directory will remain and it takes manual deleting due to the
fact that things were added to it after the initial install.
You can just try moving or renaming that directory and then after a week or
so, just delete it if you do not notice any irregularites.
Or, check with the SA Ding (bat) people. :)
