I try to uninstall Bigpond Cable Login and a message comes up saying (The
feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable).
(Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the
installation package 'bpcPatch' in the box below). The box below being a 'Use
Source' option to I think browse for the right folder or path im not sure.
This is not the first time ive tried to uninstall it, I think maybe it didnt
uninstall properly the first time. Ive tried to uninstall it in the
Add/Remove programs option but I get the same message as before. I no longer
need this Program, so hopefully removing it completely from my PC might rid
me of the previous problems ive had in the past. Any help would be
appreciated. Thankyou Dale.

Hi Dale,

It is looking for an MSI file on your Big Pond Cable CD. Can you put that in
and try uninstalling it?

CreateWindow

The FREE Web page utility you always wanted.
Monitor your enterprise Web Servers.
Keep your router connected.
Email your IP to where you need it.

Thankyou for your response 'Create Window', Yes i have the disk and have
tried reinstalling and uninstalling the program but unfortunately had no
luck. You mentioned a MSI file, if i can locate that file would that help me?
I open the Search options in the Start Menu and find about 96 msi files,
which one should i be looking for and if i find it then do i delete it?
Thanks in advance for any help, Dale.
