uninstalling a security patch

I've found out that xp security patch KB824141 is causing
some problems with a program I'm running called 4th
demension. I've been advised to romove this patch. How?

Open your Control Panel, click on "Add or Remove Programs",
scroll down to "Windows XP Hotfix - KB824141", click on it
and then click "Remove".

Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
It should be near the bottom of the list.
