Uninstalling a program

I an not able to uninstall RealPlayer7Basic. When I use the intall/uninstall
program on my computer I get a message telling me that I do not have
authority to do so and must contact the system administrator. I am the only
user on this computer, so I suspect I am the administration. Can anyone give
me any suggestions? Thanks.

Make sure you're an administrator by going to Start Button->type in box
Control Panel, then press Enter. Double-click on User Accounts, click on
Change Your User Account Type, check Administrator, then Change Account Type.
Next, you need to take Ownership of the program folder and grant yourself
Full Control permissions of the folder. Once you have done this you will be
able to uninstall the program in question. See details in this tutorial.
