When I attempt to uninstall certain unwanted programs an error windows pops
up reporting: "The System administrator has set policies to prevent this
installation."
I hit OK. another warning box pops up:
"You do not have sufficient access to <program>. Please contact your system
administrator. "
This error occurs when I try to uninstall: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005" ,
"Microsoft SQL server 2005 ... ", and a google toolbar.
I am the only user of this computer. I recently upgraded from windows XP and
the Visual Studios was on the "incompatibility warning" given when installing
vista, But I don't understand why I would have problems with permissions
while uninstalling these programs.
What gives? Why can't I uninstall these programs?
