Hello!

Using Windows XP Pro. Service Pack 2 installed
successfully before the problem described below...

I was having a problem with Outlook Express (wanted the
font in preview pane to match other fonts, but couldn't
seem to do this - but that's a problem for another day!
<g>), so I decided to uninstall the program and reinstall
it. Uninstalling was easy enough, but when I attempt to
download and reinstall IE6, (so as to reinstall OE6), the
setup stops because it detects a newer version.

Ok, I try uninstalling IE6 as well... to force it to
reinstall. Still no good. Still says newer version is
installed.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Never mind.. I solved it. Rather than flailing about
madly, I only needed to carefully read the information I
already had!
