uninstalled 2007 trail outlook by mistake when installed 2003

please help. When installing full version 2003 outlook, I accidently
uninstalled trial version of my 2007 outlook. Now I have NO outlook and am
worried that I cannot retrieve my files. Please help.

Either install Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007. What is the issue?

We reinstalled 2003. All files and emails showed up. I do not understand how
outlook works. Are the emails saved on my computer? Or are they just like
regular emails where it is stored on the internet? Thanks for your responses.
