How can I completely uninstall Windows Defender from the released final
Vista?

The closest thing I've seen here is complaints about Symantec--which I
don't use. I just want to remove Defender completely. Is it possible?
 
You can't--it is an integral part of Vista. You can disable it, using the
choices in Tools, Options, at the very bottom.
