Uninstall

I have 62 folders that are simularly named like"$NtUninstallKB911927$". Are
these the uninstall files needed for that purpose or are they just taking up
space?
 
Uninstall files for windows updates.
Either leave them, or if you have had no problems, delete some of the older
ones, or burn to media
