Your best bet would be to install both of them again and then try
uninstalling via Add/Remove Programs.

I cannot uninstall quicktime or itunes. Both were running well then i
began to have problems, tried to uninstall in the add-remove option but
was unable to delete. Is there any other way to get rid of them.
