uninstall xp 2

I would like to uninstall XP sp2.
I get the the following message:
"Bosnian (Latin,Bosnia and Herzegovina) is selected as the language for
standards and formats, or for non-Unicode programs. This language is not
supported prior to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Please see readmesp.htm to
select a different language."
By the way, i didn't choose Bosnian, (i am english through and through)
I'm damnd if I can find this any where. A google reveals loads, but not for
xp sp2.

can anyone help please?
