Uninstall Webroot Spysweeper

Now that I am no longer a subscriber to MSN I want to uninstall Spysweeper.
When I try to use Control Panel - Add or Remove - Change or Remove I receive
a message about a missing file. How can I get around this problem?

Try reinstalling then uninstalling SpySweeper.
