uninstall two windows xp

installed xp but installer mistyped password and we cannot type in correct password--so we go nowhere. then we installed xp again and have 2 xp's and very little space left. xp does not appear in 2nd xp add/remove list ( can't get into first xp due to password mix up.) Need to uninstall both and start over--can I ???

Yes you can. Just insert your cd and reinstall windows xp as usual. Setup
will search for all available operating system and, of course, it will find
two. Simply select to reinstall a new copy - do not select repair. Read the
screens carefully because the best thing to do is delete each partition and
then create a new partition. Once you have deleted the partitions and
created a new one all you need do is format the new partition and then
windows xp will continue to install as normal.
