If it has been over 120 days since your last activation, you can activate
via the internet. Less than 120 days since your last activation and you will
have to call. It is not activate via internet the first/second time and call
anytime after, it the 120 day scenario.

But just changing the HDD won't matter but for two votes in the WPA
scheme. If you are going to keep your old HDD in your system, and know
how to clone the volume serial, you'll save those two votes.
