Uninstall SP3 Outlook 2003

Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone is doing well today. Is there anyway to uninstall SP3
without completely uninstalling MS Office? We have a user that is having
problems with sending calls from a 3rd party app to send emails. This is
the only machine that has this problem and it happened after installing MS
Office SP3.

Client Running Windows XP SP2

Using the system restore point created just before installing SP3 may work.
