M Mike H Sep 27, 2004 #4 At the top of the ADD/REMOVE window is a checkbox marked 'show updates'.. have you 'checked' this to enable SP2 to be shown in the list?..

Pradeep . in desperation, because SP2 messed up our PC, we used Click to expand... the restore function to return the PC to how it was before SP2 did it`s damage.
