uninstall shield

I am having trouble with the internet because I cant uninstall my modem
drivers. When I try it says the installshield engine(ikernel.exe) could not
be installed. can anyone please help.

Try physically taking your modem out of your computer. Reboot, shut down and
put the modem back in. Let windows find the drivers (or if you have the disk
use it when prompted) to install the modem.and then try uninstalling again.
