Uninstall Shared Computer Toolkit

Hello,

I've got a WXPSP2 machine with MS Shared Computer Toolkit installed.
When I launch the User Restrictions I get an error stating "windows
scripting might be missing or damaged..." The message points to KB
article 905288. I've followed all of the steps in the KB article and I
still get the message. Additionally I can't run the uninstall either.
Anyone have any Ideas on what to do to get the toolkit to work or to
uninstall it?

Thanks,
