shared computer toolkit

I want to install this sct on our library computers. I have the handbook but
I have 3 questions that I cannot find answers for:

1. Can the user restrictions be used on the computers that are part of a
domain, although that is not said to be the best practice--it looks to be
easier than using the template.

2. How does the template for the domain get to the server: is the entire
toolkit installed on the server if you want to use that template.

3. What makes a driver "persistent". I gather that I need 3 drives--the C
drive, the protected drive, and a persistent drive for files such as event
viewer.

Will appreciate any input.

I suggest you post to the Shared Access newsgroup.

Not for me! Can you recommend a good tutorial on group policy? I find it
very confusing.

Yes. Thank you, I will. I could not find that group. The format is
confusing. Sorry.
