Uninstall Outlook 2002

Outlook 2002 is a terrible mistake for me. My computer hangs and does all
sorts of terrible things and Microsoft has no support any more (except $35 to
tell you they can't help). How can I uninstall it and restore Outlook
Express?

Do you want to save your existing email, contacts, calendar appointments,
etc. or not?
If not, just delete your settings from Outlook and set them up in Outlook
Express.
I haven't heard of Outlook bogging down many computers unless they are
running Add Ins or synchronizing handhelds. What issues are you seeing and
are there any error messages? Perhaps we can help you with those so you can
continue to use 2002.

Since Outlook and Outlook Express are two completely separate programs,
installing Outlook does not affect the operation of Outlook Express in any
way. You can use both or either with no problem. If you don't like
Outlook, just ignore it or uninstall it. In either case, Outlook Express is
completely unaffected.
