Uninstall old drivers

I uninstalled my old graphics card software but after installing a new card
and software I started getting errors and blue screen. Looking in add/remove
programs I found this old software file "ATI Display Driver" but it would not
let me delete it.

I am trying one thing at a time to fix my blue screen problem
:(driver_irql_not_less_or_equal) and this old ATI driver, I believe, might be
it.

Any other advice is welcome.

Try this utility to remove old driver bits -

Thanks JimR, Thank You, sorry it took a while to respond (I could not find my
post) I thought it was in "driver forum". I'll try driver clean
