Uninstall needs CD

I'm trying to uninstall Norton SystemWorks. When I try to use the
uninstall icon, it says it's only valid for stuff that is currently
installed. When I try to use XP's uninstall, it loops asking me to
insert the long gone CD. When I try to delete the subdirectory, it
won't delete everything (I made a copy first).

What's my next step?

Going to the Symantec website and looking for their manual removal
instructions or their uninstall utility.
