uninstall issue

Have uninstalled a program in add/remove programs, the item is still in
programs menu, and scheduled tasks wizard,any advice and direction on where
to go next would be good.

I have tried the reinstall option.

Well, you could just right click the item on the menu and scheduler and
delete them.
