uninstall duplicate windows 2000 OS

I upgraded to W2K from 98SE. The first upgrade did not
work. I was unable to establish a dial-up connection.
Repairing it did not work so I installed another version.
Now I have two W2K on my computer. How do I uninstall the
one that is not working?

Locate non functional install and delete, you may have to also edit yr
boot.ini
