Uninstall Corrupt, how do you then?

I was trying to uninstall SpyBlaster but it said it's uninstaller data is
corrupted and wouldn't uninstall from Add/Remove. It then kicked me out to
logout. I was also trying to uninstall mozilla 1.83a and I got the blue
screen unknown device driver as the fatal error.

Registry Mechanic shows no major problems.

Help appreciated.

The only generic solution to this kind of problem is to reinstall the
program, which will hopefully fix the broken uninstaller, then
uninstall it.
