uninstall autoupdate stuff

Microsofts f@*#**@ windows update installed a driver for
a product that i have that is actually for a different
product.. Crystal Semiconductor multimedia software
update. since it's auto install I am unable to use my
soundcard. how can i find this install and uninstall
it???
