Unicode in OL 2003

When I import a pst file into my OL 2003 I get the following error message.
"You are importing data to a location that does not fully support Unicode.
To avoid loss of multilingual data, it is recommended that you choose a
location that supports Unicode, such as a Microsoft Office Outlook Personal
Folders File."

Can someone tell me what I need to change to avoid this? Thanks.

Yes. Don't import the file. Simply open it with File>Open>Outlook Data
FIle
