pfbackup in Outlook 2007

I have installed pfbackup for Outlook 2007 and it works fine until I tried to
do a restore - "import from .pst" i got the following message
You are importing data to a location that does not fully support Unicode. To
avoid loss of multilingual data, it is recommended that you choose a location
that supports Unicode, such as Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders file.

I continue to restore to the personal folders file but nothing happens. What
have I done wrong?

Import is not the same as restore. To open the backup file, simply use the File | Open | Outlook Data File command.
