unicode constant in an SQL statement using MSAccess

[Hello,

I have linked tables from SQL Server (some nvarchar fields with unicode texts) in MS Access 2007. Query with code: Select * from OrgStaff where LastName = N'გურგულია' do not works. For the same sql statement in SQL SERVER I use: Select * from OrgStaff where LastName = N'გურგულია' and it works correctly, but MS Access do not understand this construction. Help me with this problem, please…[
