Unhandled Exception fault

I am trying to install a properiety software application
(austrlian phone disc) and at the end of the set i get a
message titled: Unhandled Exception with erro number
0x80040303.
I have downloded and used an installation program sent to
me by the software company concerned but still i get this
message.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem pelase.

I checked a site with XP stop error codes, but did not

see that one, here is that web site here;

I suspect bad RAM, so try to run a diagnostic test on your
PC's memory, also open the case to make sure the RAM
modules are fully pushed into thier slots on the board.
Add more RAM if your PC does not have at least 256 MB.
