unhandled exception error!

When starting a newly installed program, i get "an unhandled exception
occured in your application. . . .Object variable or with block variable not
set". I have tried everything, I even downloaded the .Net framework thing
that was recommended to another person having this same problem. Somebody
please help, this softwawre is expensive and I need it very much. I'll try
anything! thanks.

It also says I need to enable JIT debugger, what is this and how do I do it?
In English please!!! No tech terms.

OK, if the software is expensive then they have tech support. The very
best thing to do is to go to the software mftr.'s website or call their
tech support. This may be a known issue and have a simple answer that
they know about.
