I am using Windows XP pro with MSN 9 and a modem. When I disconnect, system
restarts. When restart is completed, I get the "system has recovered from a
serious error" message. Error Signature and Error Report contents change
each time this happens. I don't know where to start. Is this a Windows XP
problem or an MSN problem?

Your system is blue screening and then rebooting. You need to turn
off the automatic rebooting on errors. Press your Windows Key and
Pause, click on the "Advanced" tab. Under the section "Startup and
Recovery" press "settings". Remove check from restart. Reboot.

Now when the system blue screens, copy the error and post it here.

Error Signature is as follows:
BCCode: 1000007E BCP1: C0000005 BCP2: 0000011C
BCP3: EE51EC48 BCP4: EE51E948 OSVer:5_1_2600
SP: 1_0 Product:256_1

The BCP2, 3, & 4 change each time it happens. All others are always the same.

Error Report Contents:
C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini101204-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Buddy\Locals~1\Temp\WER5.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml
