Unexpected Shutdown

My XP Pro computer shuts down unexpectedly when I
sometimes:

1. Use IE while going to a URL.
2. When logging off going to another user account.

The motherboard is not overheating.

Where do I start in trying to solve this?
 
start/run, type

EVENTVWR

note the error as it restarts. Probably some hardware or driver problem.

having same kinda problem is it when you open the url or is it actually shutting down when you try to maximze the window cause thats what happening to me media player doing it also when i try to maximze the window everything just shuts off .... event viewer offering no help or else i just can't grasp the info thats there
