Unexpected Error when Burning CD

I am trying to burn some MP3s and WMA files to an audio CD
and it will not allow me to do so. All I get is a general
error message stating "Windows Media Player encountered an
unknown error." Please help!

and this is my first time learning how!
 
Are you using blank CD-Rs or is there already some music recorded on the disk?
 
Whener I try to copy a CD onto my hard drive I get this message that windows media player has encountered an unknown eror. On further serach the ID number for that problem is C00D11CD. Please help
