unexpected error; quitting

This error message has started popping up on a vista laptop the past week. I
am connected to internet via family network, connected to vpn. When I launch
internet-based database for work (which also is where I get my voip) I get
this error message and am unable to launch the voip. Any suggestions?

Try right clicking and running 'as administrator'
