Unexpected error code 0xC004E002

Hello, can anyone help me with this issue on Vista Ultimate? The error
description is "The Software Licensing Service reported that the license
store contains inconsistent data.".

Due to a driver issue, I have just had to change my existing graphics card
on a computer that had Vista installed, activated and working. I have now
found that I cannot use the computer at all.

Can anyone help?

Thank you

Try this, boot from the DVD, fill in the country and language details,
in the following screen click 'Repair my PC'.
From the list of options, choose 'System Restore'. Do a restore to a
date previous to the error.

"Fixed the mongrel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rebooted in Safe mode.
Ran System Restore and restored to a restore point a day ago and now Windows
is genuine again."
