All FP 2000 client computers are getting errors when trying to add a
new page or list files. We are using VSS as the version control
system and FPSE 2000 (FP 4.0)
1) Add a new page from FP client:
client gets the following error:
An error occurred while accessing your FP web files...
server event log (ERROR):
Event ID: 1000
Source: FrontPage 4.0
Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions:
unexpected C++ exception: [READERR] Read error
2) Try to list files using Reports > All Files on FP client
client gets the following error (WARNING):
server "" timed out. The current request did not complete
successfully.
server event log:
Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions:
(OS Error #-1073741819 Message: exception occurred at
0x78010779)
P.S. This web root hosts multiple FP webs. Only one of the FP web has
this problem.
