Undoing what TweakUI done to my control panel

I accidentally made the Control Panel Unaccessible and now even when I
log on as the Administrator to give all permisssions and access to the
other Acccount [which is my wife's] I still cannot access any of the
control panel or anything even shows up... when I directly access the
..CPL files it says.. Operation has been cancelled due to Restricted
Access" Please help. Win2k and XP the same problem.

Which version of Tweak UI? This problem is most likely due to NoControlPanel
restrictions.
