control panel: access denied for administrator

Hi to everyone. Here is my problem: Although I am logging in as administrator
(XP pro), I cannot access certain folders of control panel such as add/remove
programs. There is a reply something like "the content of this category has
been rendered unaccessible from the administrator"
Any idea?
Thanks in advance

Hi Rames,

Thanks a lot for your prompt and help. Although through the specific link
you have provided to me the command that I should deleted was not exactly
applied to my caseI found out that I should delete a similar command from the
same submenu of the regedit. I am fully indebted to you. Thanks a lot
