Undo Receive Mail

I used a POP3 to transfer my email from my email account onto my computer -
intending to duplicate the emails. Instead it deleted them off of my email
account and it is now only saved on my computer.

Is there a way to undo this? I did this on my home computer, but I need to
access those emails from work as well.

Only if you resend them to yourself and uncheck the box to remove from server in Outlook's Accounts properties page.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
I just went into the account properties and changed it so that it leaves a
copy on the server.
Is there a quick way to resend all of them to myself? there's about 3000 of
them.
