Undo Activesync

When I activesync my mobile to computer, I wrongly let the deleted Outlook
"memo" in computer sync to my updated memos in mobile. Now I lost the memos
both in mobile & computer. Is there any function in Outlook undo the sync or
recover the previous deleted memos? Pls help! Thks.
