Undisclosed recipients

I can not find a function in Outlook that allows me to
group address an email to "Undisclosed recipients".

I can not find a function in Outlook that allows me to
group address an email to "Undisclosed recipients".

That's because that option doesn't exist by default in Outlook. Put all of
your recipients' addresses in the BCC field and your own in the To field, if
you like. That way, all of your recipients' addresses remain hidden.
